Lost or Broken Replacement Policy & Warranty Claims

Coverage for lost or stolen items can be made for the same style, color, and size.  If the exact ring is on backorder, your claim will be put on a waiting list and fulfilled as soon as your item is back in stock.  If your style has been discontinued, and replacement is impossible, you may select a different style of equal or lesser value.

There is a shipping and handling fee for each replacement ring of $4.47.  This is an estimated amount that aids in the fulfillment of your replacement item.  This flat rate can be subject to change, though we do our best to keep it as low as possible.  

Under this warranty, you may receive up to two replacements.  After that, a new order must be placed in order to make sure that we can continue to offer such an amazing service.

Qualification for this coverage is at the sole discretion of Camo Rings Direct.  You may be required to send pictures of your ring and or the ring itself for review and to issue a replacement.  Camo Rings Direct reserves the right to deny any request for warranty coverage or to offer an additional course of action as needed.
